On the fifth paragraph, which provides for the return of Russian forces to positions held before fighting began, Georgian Foreign Ministry said that "after the signing of the agreement the armed forces of Russia have carried out additional occupation of the territory of Georgia outside of the fighting - Akhalgori district, village Perevi and Upper Abkhazia."
