The United States must call special session in the UN for establishing humanitarian zone in latino American region for these pure people which is  becoming “blindfolded pray-weapon”  in  Russian backed populist ultra left sider bastards for satisfying theirs own political ambitions and for realizing  populist politicians corruptive dreams. The United States of America shall open “International Anti Corruption Summit” in Latino American Countries League and strictly force to Latino American Countries to establish in theirs own countries “INDEPENDENT ANTICORRUPTION INVESTIGATION COMMITTEES” which must be linked international anti criminal organizations!
